Our company operates with integrity; we invite collaboration; and strive for excellence with every opportunity. Currently, our services include: Host & Housing, as well as Entertainment, with more services being added as we develop.
Our Host & Housing Department specializes in the rental of Cooperate Housing & vacation Home residential properties, where we consistently strive to go above and beyond to make every stay feel like a home away from home.
Our Entertainment Department is the creative heartbeat of the organization, dedicated to crafting, through photography & live music, and delivering exceptional experiences that captivate the unforgettable moments that bring people together.

Here at Transcend Legacy Enterprises, our Host & Housing Department serves as the cornerstone of our hospitality & guest experiences within our Short & Long Term rental spaces. With each guest, we strive to ensure seamless accommodations and personalized care to anyone residing in our units.
With a focus on comfort, efficiency, and attention to detail, the department expertly manages housing logistics, travel/room assignments, on-site hospitality services, and more.
Some of the rental areas we specialize in include: furnished housing, cooperate housing & travel, insurance housing, and destination/vacation home services.

The Entertainment Department at Transcend Legacy Enterprises is dedicated to curating exceptional experiences that inspire and bring people together. With a passion for fostering creativity and delivering joy, our talented team specializes in event production, performance arts, music, and visual storytelling.
While we currently are operating on a smaller scale as the department expands, we are proud to offer Photography & Live music services such as, Disc Jockey (DJ), Saxophonist. With these services, we are setting the foundation for a future of unforgettable moments and expanded creative offerings.
